The first quality sparkling wine from Caprettone was produced in 2019, with initial trials dating back to the early 2000s. This sparkling wine, with golden reflections, accompanies convivial moments with the first musical notes, bearing witness to the ancient origin of Caprettone during the times of 'the king' Carlo d'Angiò (known in Neapolitan as dò rré).
